Consultation Phase

60-Minute Phone Call

  • Discuss your needs, timeline and budget
  • Determine if we’d be a good fit for each other
  • Schedule a meeting with Project Developer at your home
  • Agree to a little homework

Initial Design Phase

Timeline: 1-2 Months

Cost: $1,500-$3,500

  • Collaborate with design team
  • Fully measure and document proposed area
  • Develop CAD drawings
  • Develop line item pricing
  • Develop rough design & construction timeline

Full Design Phase

Timeline: 2-4 Months

Cost: 3-4% of Construction Costs

  • Collaborate with design & construction teams
  • Convert initial designs and pricing into draft construction documents
  • Meet to select all materials, products and design features
  • Review, refine and finalize designs and pricing
  • Convert finalized designs and pricing into final construction documents

Construction Phase

Timeline: 2-4 Months

Cost: 3-4% of Construction Costs

  • Submit final construction documents for city plan review & permitting (est. 2-6 months)
  • Identify and introduce key stakeholders
  • Identify and assign accountabilities to all stakeholders
  • Develop project management & coordination plan
  • Develop and implement communication plan
  • Finalize construction timelines

Completed Construction Phase:

  • Final cleaning
  • Final walkthrough
  • Compile touch-up kits
  • Provide touch-ups for move-in damage
  • Schedule times for adjustments (if needed)
  • Compile Parts & Warranties book
  • Compile list of Use & Care classes and seminars
  • Bid farewell knowing we’ll be there when you need us
