Our Referral Programs
Employment Referrals
If we hire someone who applied to a position based on your recommendation, we will pay you $500 or make a donation of the same amount to one of the local non-profit organizations that we support.
All Details
Prospective candidates for employment are given the opportunity to notify us that they learned about our company through a referral during initial consultation with Design Build Dwell. To qualify for a referral gift, the referring party must be personally named at this time. It is the responsibility of the referring party and prospective employees to notify Design Build Dwell that they learned about the position through a referral and to provide us with the information required to contact the referring party.
Within four weeks of hiring a referred employee, the referring party will be contacted to gather the information necessary to process their referral gift.
Please know that decisions to hire are in no way effected by who the candidate may have been referred by our any other aspect of our referral program.
Remodeling Referrals
If we enter into a contract to remodel with someone who learned about us based on your recommendation, we will pay you $1000 or make a donation of the same amount to one of the local non-profits that we support.
